Focus on: improving care and efficiency in clinical pathways
A series of reports records the NHS Institute’s observations and outcomes of the top performing healthcare organisations in 17 high volume care areas, some of which are listed below:

Fractured neck of femur – rapid improvement programme
The NHS Institute has also undertaken and Rapid Improvement Programme for Fractured Neck of Femur with ten pilot trusts. Implementation of the programme has led reduced mortality, length of stay, and delays.
