Bridging the quality gap: heart failure
This report provides a comprehensive review of the current quality of heart failure care, captures the international evidence on what works to improve care and assesses the cost-effectiveness of different interventions.

Accelerating Stroke Improvement
NHS improvement has published this slideshow on accelerating stroke improvement.

Plans continue to develop for achieving the accelerated programme of improvement in stroke services for 2010/11.
