eQIPP website: Heart

NHS Improvement’s website dedicated to QIPP.  NHS Improvement will be replaced shortly by NHS Improving Quality.
This report summarises the findings of a short study which models the relationship between uptake of CR and unplanned cardiac readmission rates. The primary purpose of the study was to examine the QIPP potential of CR and to establish whether the benefits of CR outweigh the costs in terms of the potential impact on readmissions alone.

This interactive digital resource captures all the learning from the development, roll out and implementation of the DH Commissioning Pack for Cardiac Rehabilitation (2010) together with other leading NHS Improvement work driving up quality and efficiency in CR services.
This bulletin is brought to you by Library and Knowledge Services. It aims to keep you up-to-date with improvement and QIPP issues. At the beginning of each month, a librarian will update the bulletin with relevant information published in the preceding month. If there are areas you think we also need to cover, please let us know.
